Who we are
Executive Chef Michael Connolly and friends. I have been cooking professionally, for over twenty five years, in fine dining establishments in the Vail Valley and Denver's Front Range. My friends are great multi-talented individuals with big hearts and willingness to help.

Red Canyon Spice is a local business based in the Vail Valley. Our goal is to compliment the fine meals that gather family and friends at your table by putting a little 'western flair' into old fashioned taste.
RCS came about as a result of the urging of friends and customers when experiencing the fine taste of a variety of my sauces, spice rubs and blends, not to mention my famous Kowboy Ketchup. It started with comments such as, “are you marketing this?” or “when can I get more of these?”
The 'friends' part of our company are those dedicated in assisting in many ways including a gentle nudge to pursue a dream. Thanks to all of the friends of this company in helping make it come together.
