Red Canyon Spice is a Vail, Colorado based business and our goal is to compliment fine meals that gather family and friends at your table by putting a little 'western flair' into old fashioned taste.  

 

Executive Chef and Sauce Master, Michael Connolly started cooking very early on with his great grandmother and really valued the traditional recipes that he has learned over the years. He used to bite his nails as a kid and his mom put hot sauce on them to get him to quit.  He used to just lick the hot sauce off. 

 

20 years into his culinary career, Red Canyon Spice Company came about as a result of the urging of friends and customers when experiencing the taste of a variety of his sauces, spice rubs and blends, not to mention Kowboy Ketchup.  It started with comments such as, “are you selling this?” and “when can I get more?”
